They are scammers - do not buy

This company is a fraud, I haven't received my parcel which i ordered 4 months ago and they don't reply to emails either. Order #AMI*******041

Scammers!

I ordered 15 pairs of shoes from them and they took my money and never shipped my shoes! They ignored all of my messages asking about my order! They sent me a fake tracking number that never updated and only said that a label was created! I finally contacted their phone number and after waiting on hold nearly 20 minutes, some lady came on the line and lied and said that my tracking would update to shipped to the next day and that I would receive it on July 27th! My tracking never updated and I never received my shoes! July 27th came and and still nothing! Mind you, I placed this order on July 17th and it said it was shipped on July 19th. I was sent a text stating that it would arrive on July 21st! It never came and the tracking number never updated to shipped, it only shows that a label was created! I called them on July 22nd. I also sent them numerous messages on IG shop which they ignored! I had to contact my CC company to file a claim! Instagram opened a claim as well because they never responded to my messages and the tracking number is fake! Don't shop with these scammers!

ITEMS MISSING NO ANSWER

I place a order with them in June for around 30 swimsuit! I paid for express shipping and it still took time ( there was no point of paying for it in the first place) then 2 swimsuit were missing from my order and I got 2 of them in the wrong size! I've been trying to contact them form3 weeks now and I still disnt got a reply! Horrible costumer service

Used to be good, not they are not

I have been a customer for AMI clubwear for over 15 years. But what I experienced last week was nothing like I have a experienced before with this company. I ordered four items and only received three. They telling me that I have all of my items. I have no reason to lie the item that is missing is a $10 dress why would I need to lie about a $10 dress. I've been emailing they telling me that they gonna get back to me I've been leaving voicemails no return. I'm just trying to get my money back on my dress. The quality and the clothes that AMI have now it's nothing like before they cheaply made they do a replica of outfits is that the authentic or original outfits which is a bother to me because before they had quality clothes. After I get the situation handled I will not purchase from this company again. I lovED AMI clubwear and used tell a lot of people about this company and I have spent a good amount of money in this company but after the situation I will not anymore

Customer service

The customer service is poor an no one answers the phone or reply to emails. I have been trying to reach someone since my order was placed without any response to either.

They are not what they used to be

They are not what they used to be, I ordered a few items from them, but the shipment came with 2 missing items, which are1pair of sandals and 1pair of black shoes. However, in the shipment slip, they marked that everything was sent over, who does that? that is bad! I called and emailed nobody to answer me or return my calls or emails. That is not a good way to do business! I don't know what to do to get my items or my money back!

Used to be a good company

Used to be a good company. Use to have awesome clothes & shoes for good quality. Not anymore. The last two years they have gotten so cheap & fake. Their sizes don't fit anymore. Their shipping takes longer & more expensive. They don't do any returns anymore so don't waste your money. You can email & email & no one will reply. It teamed up with some Chinese clothing company. Waste of money.

I needed my order by Monday of next week I realize the processing time was going to take longer than usual. Therefore I would like to cancel my order.

How do I cancel my order ? It's been five days and it's still processing .. my order number is 112350525

Courtney, Even if you had called on the same day to do cancellation you would have never had the opportunity to speak to anyone in the call center. They put you on hold to listen to music and then a prompt will ask you to leave a message... That no one will return. Not offering cancellations works in their favor. They will ship items out so that you have no other choice but to do return and be stuck with store credit. As you read other reviews you will notice that when AMIClubwear responds they all read pretty much the same. Sort of robotic. I just wish I had read the reviews before I went on the website. Lesson definitely learned.

Just want to know how many people like what they purchased when it arrived at there doorstep. I hate wasting money and I would like to invest in wholesale with reasonable material.

I had placed a order for there on Saturday and I messaged them when I would've able to get the confirmation but I don't want to think bad about it because I need that for a special occasion October 27th & I hope I get my confirmation before then
